The mission of Professional Women in Building – Richmond is to empower and support women across all sectors of the homebuilding industry. Through meaningful networking, education, and advocacy, we foster personal and professional growth, promote diversity and inclusion, and create a strong community within a traditionally male-dominated field. In partnership with the Home Building Association of Richmond, we raise awareness and funds to advance workforce development and make a lasting impact in our industry and community.
